By accessing or using EarnVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction to use EarnVault. Identity verification (KYC) is required for financial operations.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must enable at least one form of two-factor authentication for financial operations
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- One account per person — multi-accounting is prohibited and will result in suspension
- You must not use VPN or proxy services while using the platform
4. Wallet Services
EarnVault provides self-custodial wallet services. You control your private keys. We store only encrypted backups. You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your wallet password
- Backing up your seed phrase
- Verifying recipient addresses before sending funds
We are not liable for lost funds due to forgotten passwords, lost seed phrases, or incorrect transactions.
5. Cryptocurrency Trading
Trading digital assets involves significant risk. Prices can fluctuate rapidly. You acknowledge that:
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You may lose some or all of your investment
- You trade at your own risk and discretion
6. Rewards Program
The rewards program is subject to daily limits, eligibility requirements, and VIP tier conditions. We reserve the right to modify reward structures, rates, and limits at any time.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the rewards system
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Creating multiple accounts
- Sharing accounts or credentials
- Circumventing security measures (VPN, emulators, etc.)
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Suspended users will be notified and may contact support.
9. Limitation of Liability
EarnVault is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from market volatility, blockchain network issues, security breaches beyond our control, or user error.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EarnVault operates.
