1. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Due to the nature of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. EarnVault cannot reverse, cancel, or refund completed blockchain transactions.
2. Deposit Errors
If you deposit funds to an incorrect address or on the wrong network, recovery may not be possible. Always verify the recipient address and network before sending.
3. VIP Tier Purchases
VIP tier purchases are non-refundable once activated. The benefits begin immediately upon purchase.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe unauthorized transactions have occurred on your account, contact support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension and recovery of funds where technically possible.
